Attributed to Giovanni Maria Borsotto and erected in 1756-1776, this was the church of the Carmelitan fathers, as confirmed by the statue of St Albert on the second altar on the right. In 1751, Giuseppe Bazzani painted a St Mary Magdalene of Pazzi Receiving the Veil of Purity.

An Annunciation in the altarpiece of the choir is by the same painter and dated 1752. Two tablets, inside the church and on its outside wall, commemorate Don Bartolomeo Grazioli, parish priest of Revere and a Belfiore Martyr, whose mortal remains were brought here in 1867.
